Kameradschaft (Comradeship, 1931) is a French-German co-production directed by G. W. Pabst. This humanitarian film tells the story of a mine disaster where German miners rescue French miners from a collapsing mineshaft. The story takes place after the end of WWI in the Ruhr mining area along the border between France and Germany.
